Fastest way — delete directly in the app
- Open the Quirky Ball app.
- Go to Settings from the home screen.
- Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
Once confirmed, all game data stored on our servers and your device is permanently deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
No access to the app — request by email
Use the button below to email us. Please include your nickname and display code (shown at the bottom of the in-app Settings screen) so we can verify your account. We will delete the account and reply within 7 days.

We retain data after deletion only where a longer retention period is required by applicable law; otherwise no data is kept.
