Fastest way — delete directly in the app

      1. Open the Quirky Ball app.
      2. Go to Settings from the home screen.
      3. Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Once in-app deletion is confirmed, the account profile, synchronized state, and social connections stored on the server are deleted and cannot be recovered. Some raw play and archived records may remain until the 28-day threshold described below and the next daily cleanup and are automatically deleted according to their retention period. Some current play records may be detached from the account connection; this does not mean that all records are deleted immediately. Device-only settings can be removed separately by uninstalling the app or using device controls.

No access to the app — request by email

Use the button below to email us. Nicknames and display codes may be visible to other users and are not authentication. Do not send passwords or full payment details, such as full card numbers. We will explain only the minimum additional information needed to process a request, and we do not process a request based on a nickname and display code alone.

      Request account deletion by email

Data that is deleted or retained

      Data typeDeletion / retention policy
Account profile (guest identifier (UID), nickname, display code, country)Deleted in-app, or within a reasonable period after an email request is verified
Linked Google account info (email, profile name)Deleted through the same process
Server account state (progress, virtual currency, best score, etc.)Deleted through the same process
Raw gameplay, season, weekly, and archived recordsMay remain until the 28-day threshold described below and the next daily cleanup and are automatically deleted according to their retention period
Device-only settings (language, volume, vibration, frame rate, etc.)Removed when the app is uninstalled or the account is reset
Advertising identifiers and store transaction recordsManaged by Google or Apple under their policies; minimum payment records may be retained where legally required

Minimal records needed for legal obligations, payment/refund handling, fraud prevention, or legal claims, and transaction records independently managed by Apple or Google, may remain until those purposes end. Other data also follows the deletion and retention procedures in this notice.

      Request verification and response

For erasure or rights requests to which the GDPR applies, we normally respond within one month. Where necessary because a request is complex or numerous, we may extend that period by up to two further months and will tell the user within the first month, including the reasons. If a deletion request must be refused or limited, we will explain the applicable exception and available next steps.

How retention is calculated: daily cleanup removes data older than 28 days based on the play time for raw gameplay, the update/achievement time for season/weekly records, and server receipt time for first-party analytics. The next daily run can normally add up to one day after that threshold. Unsent offline analytics can remain on the device and be transmitted later; the current app has no time-based queue expiry, so count limits, transmission, and deletion of app data affect it. This is not separate consent to long-term retention; deletion and objection requests can be made under section 9 of the shared Privacy Policy. The 28-day window does not apply uniformly to Firebase analytics, push tokens, or providers’ independent logs.
