This Privacy Policy applies to the software provided here by House Duck (an individual developer team) (the "Operator") — the mobile game Quirky Ball (the "Service"). The Operator is an individual developer team, not a company or business entity, and resides in Germany.

The Operator takes user privacy seriously and aims to comply with applicable laws, including South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable U.S. state privacy laws. This Policy explains what information the Service collects, how it is used, and how it is stored and deleted. It is the full version of the privacy notice shown inside the app.

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is the Operator of the Service, reachable at the email address listed below.

You can play as a guest without any sign-up. The Service collects and stores the following information.

The Service does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or other information not required to provide the game, and it does not use a separate analytics SDK.

Because of the cloud infrastructure we use (Supabase, Google), personal information may be stored and processed on servers outside your country — including outside the EU/EEA. The Service is not directed at children under the age of 14 (or a higher minimum age where required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child below that age has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or legal guardians may request deletion via the contact email below.

The Operator takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. All communication with the server is protected by TLS encryption, and access to the Supabase database is restricted through Row Level Security (RLS).
